The convenient bus station location made exploring Montevideo easy, and the breakfast buffet, although limited, provided a pleasant start to the day.

Family Friendly and Convenient

The location is excellent if you have to take a bus! Plus, the breakfast is quite complete, we loved how the staff prepared a baby bed for my child all dressed up with cute toiletries when we arrived. It felt like they really cared, which was refreshing after dealing with some other hotels.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our kids. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Tres Cruces Shopping Center, making it easy to shop and grab food. Rooms were spacious enough, and the staff was friendly enough to help us with luggage while exploring the city.

The location right across from the Tres Cruces bus station was a huge plus for me. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, which was paramount after a day of exploring. I'd give a thumbs up to the gym and spa access. both were nice and well-maintained. However, I ran into issues with payment. I was mistakenly charged multiple times, which took some time to resolve. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing as well. If you're just looking for a place to crash before catching a bus, it fits the bill, but I do wish for better amenities. The decor felt a bit dated, and a restaurant on-site would have improved my overall experience.

I loved that the hotel was very comfortable and clean. It sits just a short walk from the beautiful Plaza de la Democracia and the vibrant Mercado Agricola Montevideo for some local culture and food.

Housekeeping does a solid job. Though the breakfast could improve, the location is fab if you need to catch an early bus.

Had a really good time! The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a private bathroom. I loved the fitness center access. Plenty of amenities like a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and a safety deposit box. The staff helped with luggage, and the quiet street view was just perfect.
